Despite second-half troubles caused by slow management reactions to price pressure, Stellantis made a good profit in 2024, with reasonable margins. The North American unit cleared $5.8 billion in profits for the full year.
Union workers may see checks of up to $3,780 for the year, which is respectable but nowhere near GM’s record profit-sharing—or last year’s $13,860 checks. Profit sharing was instituted years ago in return for salary cuts.
