Stellantis is temporarily laying off 900 American workers at Warren and Sterling Heights and pausing Windsor Assembly in Canada for two weeks, impacting parts plants throughout the country, according to Detroit’s WXYZ.
Antonio Filosa, who is in charge of Stellantis North America, sent an email to employees noting that it would take resilience and discipline to “push through this challenging time,” adding that “we will quickly adapt to these policy changes.”
