Stellantis Design Studio, which includes the Fiat studios that brought you apartments in Fort Lee, New Jersey, proudly presents, with Warner Brothers and Formitalia, The Joker Collection, yes, furniture inspired by comics and comic-based movies.
Despite being furniture, Stellantis assures us it is not just daring and provocative, but has a dark humor that is welcoming yet unsettling, and no, this is not an April Fools joke or satire. This is an official global press release.
The furniture, Stellantis claims, a definite and “unapologetically bold” statement—all of it, the armchair, two sofas, a throne, and dispenser. The set will be presented at the Salone del Mobile, Fiera Milano Rho, April 8-13.
Stellantis will also be present at the New York Auto Show media days next week, without furniture, but with a Maserati introduction at 11 am on Press Day, and a full display on the far right of the main hall on Level 3. Jeep and Dodge are also participating in the electric car ride-and-drive in the lower level, presumably with the Wagoneer S and Charger. Camp Jeep is likely to continue in its usual place.

David Zatz started what was to become the world’s biggest, most comprehensive Mopar site in 1994 as he pursued a career in organizational research and change. After a chemo-induced break, during which he wrote car books covering Vipers, minivans, and Jeeps, he returned with Patrick Rall to create StellPower.com for daily news, and to set up MoTales for mo’ tales.
David Zatz has around 30 years of experience in covering Chrysler/Mopar news and history, and most recently wrote Century of Chrysler, a 100-year retrospective on the Chrysler marque.
