When the Ram Trucks brand announced the details on the refreshed 2025 Ram Heavy Duty lineup, they only shared pricing information for the base level 2500, but thanks to the consumer website, we have full pricing detail for the newest heavy duty Ram Trucks. You can get all of the pricing information, including option pricing at the consumer website but below, you will find the basic pricing for the 2025 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks.
First up, we have the base pricing information for the 2025 Ram 2500 lineup, including the Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Power Wagon, Rebel, Limited Longhorn and Limited models – not including the $1,995 destination fee. All of the prices below include the 6.4-liter Hemi V8 and rear-wheel-drive, except for the Power Wagon and Rebel, both of which come standard with four-wheel-drive. On the other models, adding four-wheel-drive adds $2,930 to the bottom line while upgrading to the 6.7-liter Cummins High Output Turbo Diesel costs $12,595 for every model but the Power Wagon, which is only available with the Hemi. For the Tradesman and Big Horn, the base price includes a regular (two-door) cab with an 8-foot box while all other models come standard with the four-door Crew Cab and the 6’4” box. Those with the regular cab and 8-foot box and also opt for the four-door Crew Cab and either a 6’4” or 8-foot bed while the models that come standard with the Crew Cab and 6’4” bed can opt for the 8-foot bed or the Mega Cab with the 6’4” bed.

As for the 2025 Ram 3500 pickup, it is currently offered in five trim levels – Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Limited and Limited Longhorn. As is the case with the Ram 2500, the Ram 3500 Tradesman and Big Horn models come standard with the two-door regular cab and an 8-foot bed while the other three come with the four-door Crew Cab and a 6’4” bed. The 6.4-liter Hemi and rear-drive are standard on all 2025 3500 models, but they can all be upgraded with the 6.7-liter Cummins High Output Turbo Diesel for $12,595 and four-wheel-drive for $2,930. Again, new one-ton models with the regular cab and 8-foot box and also opt for the four-door Crew Cab and either a 6’4” or 8-foot bed while the models that come standard with the Crew Cab and 6’4” bed can opt for the 8-foot bed or the Mega Cab with the 6’4” bed. Finally, these prices also do not include the $1,995 destination fee.
