Ram has dropped its prices (or in Stellantis-talk, “repositioned starting prices”) of its biggest seller, the 1500 pickup. All 2025 1500 models but the RHO will be $4,000 less, starting with the 2025 Ram 1500 Tradesman at CAD $58,740 including destination and $100 federal air conditioner taxes; that equates to around USD $42,571—around $40,600 before destination charges. In Canada, the destination fee is $2,195.
While social media posters have panned the Hurricane, many reviewers and owners have lauded its power and economy. The standard-output Hurricane takes regular octane fuel, while the old Hemi V8 required midgrade. The high-output Hurricane, which requires premium, is often compared directly to the 5.7 Hemi, but it would actually match the 6.4 SRT Hemi V8—if the “392” had been sold in the Ram 1500.
