No Mopars in this week’s recalls; Germans have wide issues

Stellantis wasn’t listed in this week’s recalls after having three last week. The German companies put in more appearances than usual, though. Volkswagen recalled its 2022-24 E-Tron series due to short circuits; the 2020-24 Taycan was recalled for the same reason, and the 2025 for nonfunctional rearview cameras. Over at BMW, the brake system might not work properly in 2023-24 cars and SUVs in the 5, 7, I, and X series.

recalls

Honda recalled a huge number of Acuras and Hondas from 2023-25, including various varieties of the Integra, Civic, CR-V, and HR-V, for steering gearbox damage; and the 2023 CR-V Hybrid because the battery terminal or bus bar might break. Nissan had two recalls for rearview cameras, one for the 2025 QX80 and one for the 2024-25 Rogue.

Finally, back in the USA, GM recalled the 2025 Blazer and Equinox because the doors may open unexpectedly, and the 2024 Silverado 4500-6500 because the airbags may not deploy.
