It hurts to read this Avenger 4xe North Face Edition release

Jeep is releasing a special-edition Avenger 4xe, making 4,806 North Face Editions, one for each foot of Mont Blanc’s height. The company did not mention cost, regions, or what differentiates it from other Avenger 4xes in their absurdly long and meandering press release (below).

As is their custom, Stellantis refers not to Jeep but to “the Jeep brand.” They do not refer to “The North Face brand,” though the VF Corporation, which owns The North Face, would not allow their brand to be called out so badly.

The Jeep® brand and The North Face have partnered to create Jeep Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition, a unique vehicle that embodies their shared values of adventure and exploration. This collaboration combines innovative techniques and materials from both brands, designed to tackle the toughest challenges.

Both brands promote exploration—The North Face encourages pushing personal limits, while Jeep embodies freedom, passion, and authenticity. Together, they celebrate the journey of discovery, inspiring individuals to break free from routines and embrace adventures, exploring new landscapes, cultures, and ideas.

“This partnership is conceived with the goal of paving the way toward a more sustainable future, offering a fresh vision of exploration through a truly exclusive and innovative product experience. It is the result of a profound mutual discovery rooted in shared values and common traits, reflecting the excellence represented by both Brands ” said Eric Laforge – Head of Jeep Brand in Europe.

Inspired by the natural world, particularly the mountains, this partnership celebrates nature’s beauty and strength to find new perspectives of exploration. There will be 4,806 units of the Jeep Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition available, reflecting the height of Mont Blanc, being a majestic emblem of inspiration.

The Mont Blanc massif has long served as a testing ground for alpinists, challenging them to find ways to move faster, lighter, and more efficiently in the mountains. This enduring pursuit has motivated The North Face to develop apparel and equipment that meet the demands of such extreme environments and serves as strong symbol of partnership between our two brands” said Mariano Alonso, The North Face EMEA General Manager.

Jeep Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition is the outcome of a collaborative effort between the design teams of both brands, who spent over two years on this project. They skillfully merged iconic elements with the right materials placed strategically, alongside a functional design that incorporates neutral, mimetic shades reflecting the natural environment. This unique approach has resulted in a product that perfectly embodies the philosophy of environmentally friendly exploration, blending aesthetics to celebrate adventure.

The iconic design of this limited Edition reflects the exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail that are hallmarks of both brands. The incorporation of distinctive materials and advanced techniques from their respective realms results in an unprecedented product that celebrates sustainability in every aspect. Jeep Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition is equipped with a 48v Hybrid powertrain and all-wheel drive, representing a significant advancement in Jeep’s electrification journey while maintaining the brand’s commitment to performance.

This partnership makes Jeep Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition not just an exclusive product, where the forms and shapes have a function, but also the answer for those who, like the enthusiasts of both brands, aspire to discover nature in a sustainable way with quality, practicality, safety, and comfort.
