2025 Jeep Wagoneer Grand Wagoneer Get Big Price Cuts, More Power and More Features

This afternoon, Jeep announced pricing for the 2025 Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, with price cuts as large as $5,685 for the Wagoneer and $7,000 for the Grand Wagoneer. More importantly, these prices do not come as a result of the Trail Rated brand removing features. Instead, both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer get more standard features, while the Grand Wagoneer gets a significant increase in horsepower and torque.

2025 Jeep Wagoneer

“Built to appeal to the heart of the full-size SUV market, the Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer lineups are now even better equipped and more competitively priced for the 2025 model year,” said Bob Broderdorf, senior vice president of Jeep North America. “By lowering MSRPs as much as $7,000 and enhancing standard equipment, such as adaptive cruise control on the Wagoneer and a front passenger interactive display on the Grand Wagoneer, these vehicles have become even more compelling.”

2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer Pricing

First up, we have 2025 Jeep Wagoneer (base model), which now starts at $59,945 for rear-wheel-drive and $62,945 for four-wheel-drive, each of which is down $3,000 from the year before. Next up we have the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer Series II, which starts at $63,945 for rear-drive and $66,945 for 4WD, both down $5,185 compared to 2024. The 2025 Jeep Wagoneer Series III, which is only offered with four-wheel-drive, drops $5,685 for the new year to a price of $73,945. None of the prices discussed here include the $2,000 destination fee, which is a little higher than the 2024 destination charge.

2025 Jeep Wagoneer L Series III

Next up, we have pricing for the long wheelbase models, each of which shares the price cuts from the short wheelbase models. The 2025 Jeep Wagoneer L starts at $62,945 for 4×2 and $65,945 for 4×4 (both down $3,000), the Wagoneer L Series II (standard 4WD) starts at $69,945 (down $5,185) and the Wagoneer L Series III (also 4WD only) starts at $76,945 (down $5,685).

The 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer lineup also sees big price cuts across the board, starting with the base model with standard four-wheel-drive at $84,945, down a whopping $7,000 from the year before. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II Obsidian models start at $98,945 for 2025, down $5,495, and the Grand Wagoneer Series III models start at $107,946, down $4,650.

For the long wheelbase models, the 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II Obsidian is now $101,945 (down $5,495) while the top-of-the-line Grand Wagoneer Series III starts at $110,945 (down $4,650).

New Standard Features

In many cases, when an automaker slashes pricing for a new model year, they do so by removing standard content, but for the 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, they have actually added standard features.

All 2025 Jeep Wagoneer models now come standard with 20-inch wheels, Active Lane Management, and Adaptive Cruise Control. The standard wheels on the 2024 Wagoneer were 18 inches; to get the 20-inch wheels, buyers had to opt for the Premium Group, which added $3,995 to the bottom line. To get the Active Lane Management and Adaptive Cruise Control systems for the 2024 model year, buyers had to add the Convenience Group, which cost $3,845.

2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

The base 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer gains 22-inch wheels, the passenger’s side screen, Drowsy Driver Detection, and Intersection Collision Assist. Those 22-inch wheels were a $3,195 standalone option and the passenger’s side screen was a $1,995 standalone option for the 2024 model year while the Drowsy Driver Detection and Intersection Collision Assist systems were part of the $4,495 Convenience Group package.

Factoring in the cost of the wheels and passenger screen along, the 2025 base model Grand Wagoneer pricing is actually over $12,000 less than it was for 2024 – making it a remarkable value in the premium large SUV segment.

Finally, the twin turbocharged 3.0-liter Hurricane High Output inline-six engine in the Jeep Grand Wagoneer gets a boost in power for the new model year. The 2024 Grand Wagoneer offered 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, but for 2025, those figures climb to 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque – matching the power numbers for the Ram 1500 with the same High Output engine.

As one last point, New Level 2+ Hands-Free Active Driving Assist is optional on standard wheelbase Grand Wagoneer Series II Obsidian and Series III for the 2025 model year. I have used this system in the 2025 Ram 1500 and it is a fantastic system, essentially offering the ease of self-driving on many roadways.
